Small pen camera, or desk photo frame camera.

Or a pair of iKam extreme glasses placed inconspicuously on your desk. The bonus here is that you can use these for range trips to improve your shooting skills.

Scroll down to the "visible detection powder" section.

Bring an old keyboard you don't need, replace the existing one with it, put the powder on and leave. Come back, covertly change the keyboard back (so you don't get it on your own hands), wait for the culprit to be revealed.

As suggested use a password. Logging passwords ain't cool. It might be someone checking their e-mail.
