Finally ordered mine on the ATT website. Coudln't wait any longer and I slipped up on the preorder release so I guess 2 weeks is better than calling every store every other day to see if they're getting one anytime soon.

Anybody else ordered there's through ATT Premier? Mine says received and processing but not shipped. Will it only update once it ships or will it notify me when its estimated delivery date as well? Whats the wait time on these right now anyways? When I ordered it on the website it said 7-14 days backorder. But I've read elsewhere that its 3 weeks?

No idea what AT&T wait time is, Apple's website says ships in 'three weeks'.

If I found one in stock locally before I get my order in the mail would I be able to cancel my order?? I know my local Best Buy had a limited quantity on Friday first come first served.

16G units shipped out on the 2nd day after the order. 32G units took 7 days to ship.

I was told by ATT and Apple that I could do this. My order was held up due to three potential issues. With ATT on the lune with Apple, I was able to show none of three issues applied to me.....it was basically a glitch in the system that pushed my ship date bake to as late as July 19 th.

^^ That does look good! I heard online that Apple/ATT stores were giving free bumpers to correct reception issues is that true? (But didn't they just issue a letter stating it was a software issue with the bars lol?)

Many people on Apple-centric forums have reporting getting free bumpers after complaining long enough.

Apple however issued an internal memo to tech support and asked not to promise bumpers to everyone.

Woohoo I ordered mine last Sunday and I already got a tracking number should receive it tomorrow! Beats trying to find one in the stores right now!

I just went out and bought a bumper this weekend. It's pretty nice and fits well, but I don't like a couple of things on it.....

1) Just the outer parts are rubber, while the middle part of the bumper is glossy black plastic. Unless you hold it right, it can still slip out of your hands pretty easily.

2) I don't like that the rubber has the extra grip that gets in the way when I put my phone in my pocket or take it out.... but then you can't have it both ways for that .

Dumb question but I got to ask. When I'm using Wi-Fi I'm not getting charged under my 2GB data plan right?? Basically I can use and browse the internet unlimitedly while using Wi-Fi correct?

^ Correct. You are only charged for 3G/Edge Data. WiFi uses less battery, so if you can join wifi networks from your common locations you'll use less data and save juice!
