Thanks, it has been working out great. If anyone is looking for a good priced laptop, this is the one I would recommend.

Just curious... You got a fine deal, is it running Windows 7? If so, I've had decent experience... but your laptop is likely loaded with 5-10gb of "bloatware" sales props and useless programs, etc... I have also had great luck with linux over the years and removes all the unnecessary junk your currently feeding as a result of the reduced price you received. Feel free to PM me if your further interested, in a faster and more secure solution.

yes like badandy said, your computer probably has about five gigabytes of junk ware. if you want to run faster remove all the junk HPs come with. A customer brought a very nice 17inch HP with AMD dualcore into where I work because he couldn't install an aircard, well I was expecting windows 7 to be running fast but it felt slow because of all the crapware that runs on start up. I seriously felt like uninstalling a bunch of crap from his computer because I hate all the crapware HPs come with.

If you want your computer to run smoother look for "pc decrapifier" this beauty will let you uninstall all the crap you DON'T need from your computer.
