I would have thought a 3090 would have been able to run HellDivers better. Like in the 70 FPS. . I wonder if that was a sign of your card failing. I wonder if you can get that card fixed.
In any case for 4k you May have to massage things a bit in settings with DLSS 3 to get higher FPS in the
newer bigger games but I think you will probably be good to go.
