I use Kwikset 910 Z-Wave locks on both my front and garage doors. All the smart stuff in my house is controlled by a Hubitat. I made a Hubitat rule to relock the front door after 6 seconds but only if a separate magnetic sensor on the door shows that the door is closed. The garage door will attempt to lock itself if it is unlocked after a certain time of night, checking every hour, or any time someone unlocks it. All the lights, locks and cameras can be controlled through my phone.

I?ve got Kwikset smart deadbolts on three doors. They?re controlled through my alarm system to automatically lock when the alarm arms. The alarm is set to arm at a specific time.

You just have to remember to change the batteries every so often.
