        MAC address is not going to be visible to anyone. It's not part of your packet once it exits your router (or switch). As far as the modem/router that is front-facing your ISP, the MAC will be stripped at next hop.

          How bad and how often do you want to access the site? It is very inconvenient but you could use a public computer at a library.

                Look up and learn how to use proxy servers. It's easy to configure your browser to route your traffic through another server, aka a proxy, in another country even, with a new IP address.

                I used to do it all the time back in the day, to get back onto forums that had banned me, or to send emails from dummy accounts that I didn't want traceable back to me.
