Just tried sending to a friends email. Same format message except it is their email address.

What email client are you using?

What service are you using for your email address?

Have you looked at their website for instructions on setting up your email client?

So you will most likely need to delete and re-setup your exchange account on your new phone. This way it will re-download the cert from your server. you may also need to log into your web outlook (OWA) delete your old phone from active sync and make sure your new phone is listed. Reach out to your help desk they should have documentation

Well, it never fails. Deleted accounts and tried adding. Using various options. Nothing worked. Called GoDaddy and tech walked me through one. It worked. I will swear one of the options I tried was the same one. Have all accounts on the phone and they appear to be working.
