I experienced the same issues streaming on my Samsung TV. On my fire stick it jumps forward when I use “continue Watching”.

Their Samsung TV app is pure trash.

I installed it last week, and it crashed within minutes of just browsing movie categories. Watched about 4x Mayor of Kingstown episodes before it timed out and produced an error (with no code lol). Nothing worked. Installed the app on my old Xbox and it's working fine for now.

I watch Paramount+ on a Vizio and Samsung tv, with no issues. The problems mentioned here would drive me crazy too.

CBS All Access sucked and now that they call it Paramount +....it still sucks!

If you are doing the $9.99 deal, you can add it to your Amazon Prime account if you have one. You then watch the shows through Amazon. Might get a better result.

I actually pay $5.99 for Paramount+ with the commercials and dont watch it enough to justify the extra $4 on Amazon Prime. A lot of Samsung owners have done this because now it seems that Samsung has a fatal flaw where the Paramount app is concerned.

My Paramount app stopped working completely after two years and this is what happens to a lot of Samsung owners according to Reddit and other forum users. Neither Paramount or Samsung have any intent of making necessary changes, so for now I use my iPhone app and cast to the tv.

I am going to buy an LG tv in the next week or two to solve the problem.

I stream on my PC, in my hideaway, and have never had a problem, I joined for one year and stream it on Amazon. Reason for joining was 1883 & have watched 2 episodes at a time. I am a Halo book fan and the fact they are coming out with a series in March swayed me, I just hope it is good

That's with me; CBS is the only network that I watch any shows at all. The Paramount app works fine on my iPhone and PC and I am sure on all other brands of tv's. It is just certain models of Samsung

CBS is the only mainstream network that I watch any programming at all, and since they went 100% with Paramount + the streaming freeze is enough to piss off the Pope.

I am really sorryyou have such problems. Paramount Plus is one of my favorite streaming services, espceially after Showtime deal. I realize, that their tech support was enable to help you, but maybe here https://paramount-plus.pissedconsume...r-service.html you can find contact of different divisions or find a fix for your issues in user reviews. I encountered several tech issues with Paramount platform myself and they were able to solve it quickly.

I have the noncommercial one and work great. However, I try to avoid apps on smart tvs at all costs, for everything. I have kids at home I do not want them to watch whatever whenever then want. I use old school chromecast device that only have cast function. I control from my phone and cast to TV. a little inconvenience of not being able to use TV control to control the app, but everything else is smooth.
