At some point I may rip the components out and install them into a bigger case so that I can have more room.

So now i picked up a gtx 1070 OC and im about to get a mini atx case and a 500 watt power supply and transfer the internals over. The proprietary power supply provided is only 230 watts and the replacement you can buy is only 330 watts which would be the same price as buying a mini atx case and a more than adequate power supply.
Also with a mini atx case i can run a full size gpu! And potentially upgrade my motherboard lol.
At the end im gunna end up with a completely different computer cuz the trident 3 sucks lol.

That’s seems about right. I just got a RTX2060 box for my son for $1,100 with 512 SSD, i5 and 16GM DDR4 mostly because the cost on 3060 is insanity right now. It was a no-name build but everything is a trade off and the builder has been on newegg, eBay etc for many years.

          I’ll slap a 2TB magnetic HHD in when I get a minute.

The kid got it for his 16th birthday and I think he nutted in his pants for the first time playing fortnite he liked it so much LOLOL

That has better gpu, the same processor, less ram (although I could put way more but why?), same size ssd, but way bigger than what I am planning on making. At this point I now have a gtx1650s and a gtx 1070oc I could sell for a gtx20xx, or I could sell my 1650 and buy a better processor and then sell my i5.

So I ended up building a new computer, using a gtx 1070 oc and an I7 11700k.
Worlds beyond that POS prebuilt i bought a couple months ago. Everything I want to play works.

They released the 12700k days after I bought the 11700k! And for roughly the same price!

I got a Alienware a while back with one of those MSI made DELL 3080's and I'm using it in another PC with a lowly i5 CPU and 16 gig ram to play DOOM, Roblox, CS:GO, hahah... but really playing nothing lately. There's a couple 3090's in the other room that don't play anything.

There's a whole crop of new GPU's now that I know nothing about... all the new 30 series Ti's. Any good? Are prices sane now?

The most popular manchild game right now is Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, aka PUBG.

                        It's fun.

I have not played it. I will check it out before I try to get into DOOM Ancient Gods packs again or Serious Sam 4. Serious Sam 4 seriously sucks if you ask me.

I will play the tish out of Shadow Warrior 3 tho.

Croteam set the bar very high with The First Encounter and The Second Encounter. Those games are just epic masterpieces, especially the final stages and the soundtracks. Gaming perfection. Even SS3 pales in comparison. I haven't played 4 yet, but if 3 is any indication, I'm not missing anything.

Funny story, I first discovered Serious Sam on accident back when it was brand new, in the old school file sharing days of P2P networks like Aimster, which let you literally trade digital content with others. I saw the ISO named Serious Sam shared by another member and had no idea what it was, but it was there for the taking so I wanted it, ended up trading a Creed album in MP3 format for it. Downloaded the game, burned and installed it and was just blown away. Good times.

I played them all. Only one not finished is 4, though I do own it. I still play survival mode on 3. SS3 is not bad at all IMHO. I think it fits in with the series fine.
