I picked up the Amazon 4K Fire TV for $25 due to being cheap makes me overspend.



If you have a Fire TV, do you use a wireless Bluetooth mini keyboard?


If yes, care to share links to the device and or part #?


It seems like the keyboard is easier than typing on letter at a time

The FireTV app works fine for me on iPad. All I need for a keyboard. It connects wirelessly to your FireTV Stick and gives you a keyboard. Copy/paste also works which can make it much handier than a dedicated keyboard.

It is fairly infrequent that I need a keyboard, so the app is perfect for me.

I just use the voice button and speak instead of typing. When I first got it, I used the phone app to type, but soon realized the voice was adequate.

I've been doing this since the first Roku devices came out... and it was much better.

I thought I overpaid $25/ea, when I saw Firesticks for $20 @ Target, but then I realized "I got the 4K model" on Black Friday for +$5 each. However, they haven't arrived just yet.

Call me paranoid, but I plan on running a paperclip, or safetypin through the mic, and going in circles, of if I can pop it open, clip a wire-lead to the mic, although I do not use the e-mail associated with my phone with any vendor/purchasing accounts, to throw a monkey-wrench in everyone's tracking and marketing to phone-emails.

The mic is an IC on a board. Might not work after you short it out.

Ok, we just yesterday decided to get the firestick. That was a good deal. $49 now at Best Buy.. $34 for the 1080P
