    CD player

My son just bought a 2019 Hyundai Kona and it doesn't have a cd player. It does have blue tooth capacity, a small round input labeled Aux, and USB port. He does not have a smart phone.
What would be the easiest way for him to play his cd's in this new car?

Time to say goodbye to CDs

Or get a CD player installed

            I'd prefer the first option.

Why on earth would you do that? To be replaced by what, MP4 format? You realize that is an extremely lossy format.

AAC has a lossless CODEC, as well. A 64GB USB drive can hold over 200 CDs in that format.

I tried drives and SD cards but I couldn't get them to index properly. My solution was to get a used iPod and it works perfectly.

I'll keep the 6 disc in-dash CD player in my Jeep.

Did you mean MP3? In a car with road and traffic noise and stock auto speakers you'll never hear the difference between a CD and a 256 bit MP3 much less a 320 bit rip. Or rip the CDs to FLAC as long as the head unit supports it.
