If they are DSL, then your speed is limited by the quality of the phone lines at your house.

If they are cable, then your speed is limited by the quality of your neighbors.

If they are some kind of over-the-air technology, then your speed is likely just limited.

I've written up my ongoing adventures as I learn to hunt.

Yes, you CAN fit a case of shotgun shells into a .50cal ammo can.

I think i found an optimal solution for ammo can labeling.

I made this target for the NRA's Marksman pistol test. I think it's a lot better than the paper plate they suggest.

Looks like it may be time for me to upgrade from my 14.4k USR modem. From the point of view of a power user accustomed to higher end technology, I have read on the BBS and Usenet Boards that AOL and Netscape Navigator load much faster on the new stuff. Perhaps Compuserve has a discount code to sweeten the deal a bit.

It's higher end stuff. It hasn't trickled down to the mainstream computer users yet. I did not mean to come off as a computing elitist, but I sort of am.

              Looks like over the air.

We use next-generation technology to beam the internet over the air... Starry Point sits on your roof and picks up the wireless internet signal from our antennas across the city.

Yes, it's OTA. I believe Direct TV offered something like that some time back.

                Bobby, don't forget Netscape.
