I bought a 9.7 iPad pro. The quad speakers blew me away. I liked it so much my wife bought me the iPad pro 12. We don't even use the iPad air 2 anymore. If you decide you want to go android I just bought the Asus Zenpad Z10. It is pretty amazing. Android has come a long way since my last full size tablet. The ASUS is pretty inexpensive too.

I went and bought 2 iPad Pro 12s one for me and one for the wife. Christmas is done. Love the sound and the size.

Yup, anything else posted here is WELL OVER $100 (Christmas markup price), AND non-LTE, NIB, but they'll whine about how the kid cracked the screen on a proprietary $350+ tablet, with proprietary charge cables.
