    It's likely you have a dynamically assigned IP address, but it's also likely it seldom changes, and it will come from a pool assigned to your ISP in any case. MAC addresses, as noted, will be no help as they don't normally exit your subnet; they are only used to route to the endpoints once the packet gets onto the right subnet.

          Yes, multiple computers can use the same (publicly routed) IP. That's what most people are doing already via their home ISP (home router with a single public IP with several private / RFC1918 addresses for the internal network).

          GeoIP can be subjective. IP addresses are typically contained in sets / ranges / cidr blocks and a regional, national, or even global organization that owns an IP range could use those addresses in different geo locations as needed. Accuracy of geoip could vary since the data could be based on the cdir owner to indicate where the IP is being used geographically while the data for a geolocation of an IP may actually be computed based on known geolocation of the routers nearest to the IP in question.
