    Power supply was a no go, so I'm salvaging my hard drive, ram,vIdeo cArd,dvd/cd player and case, which leads me to believe i just need a power supply, motherboard and processor, correct?

      http://www.logicalincrements.com/ is a website my brother in law gave me, so far I think ill be out about $400, which is not horrible, but its not great either.

        Nice website but they need better formatting and they need to get a handle on their css. It was hard to navigate at times. Once I figured out the trick it behaved itself, but still not cool.

            Good to know about the proceSsor, if i get a new Motherboard I'll lose everything on my drive?
