List your favorite PC programs / Software

    1. MSI Afterburner. is a program that lets you take screen shots and record in game video of your gameplay by pressing a single button. Captures great quality video which you can fully customize the frame rate and quality you wish to capture. AfterBurner also has on screen display of things like GPU and CPU temps, usage, frame rate etc. Afterburner also has a fan control system built in, and is very customizeable, you can tell your pc at what speed you want your fans to run at what temperatures. And best of all, MSI Afterburner is 100% FREE.

    2. YourUninstaller. Your control pannel has its own options to uninstall programs, but YourUninstaller is much better, you open it up, click on the program you want to uninstall and not only will it uninstall the program itself but all traces of it from your registry as well and is very easy to use.

    3. FolderSize 7. One of my favorite and most useful programs. if you are getting tight on drive space and need to start deleting things or if suddenly your hard drive gets pretty full and you do not know what the heck is taking up so much space suddenly. You can open Foldersize 7, and choose a drive. your folders will be listed in order of high to low or low to high based on their size, and the size is displayed next to the folders, now, as many of you might know, windows does not display folder sizes, it will show file sizes but if you try to order your folders from high to low, it cant be done, so you have to hover on each folder to find the size or right click it and find properties, this makes it very hard to find the space hogs. Foldersize 7 makes it very easy to instantly see what stuff is taking up what ammount of space. You probably have junk folders taking up 10, 50 or more gigs of space and you would never find these folders without Foldersize. I use it quite often and love it.

    4. Youtube video downloader. I have a sat connection so my isp throttles my youtube quite heavily, but I can download a full length youtube video to my desktop in 1080p, faster than I can play the same video on youtube in low resolution. You can also convert video to audio if you wish. And it is a free program.

    5. CCleaner. Nice for quickly clearing temp files, cookies, web history etc in one click. Clears a little space and helps keep your Browser running better.

As someone said, 7-zip. Neat trick: you can use it on self-extracting .exe files to extract the contents without running it.

KMplayer v3.6 - I can not speak for any newer version but 3.6 had no ads and has not only NOT needed codecs to play 99% of the videos I have seen, but it has the ability to make thumbnail shots so you can use an image browser like fast stone to quickly parse through them.

Faststone image viewer- It has pretty much replaced ACDSEE 2.43 in that it is light and will view a lot more newer files as well as have the ability to rename batches at a time.

Directory Opus- because I like the interface for moving files and the file copy queing.

Keepass- BEcaues having 200+ websites that need passwords is a LOT to remember.

Net Limiter 2.x- Because version 3 is a little more difficult to use. Version 2.x just put it out there and it made it easy to make rules to block programs or connections.

IMGburner- Best data/archiving program I have seen to date for the size.

Catfish16- hands down the best disk archiver/catlog program I have seen. It has its limitations (like once you get several hundred disks it crashes and you gotta break them down to sub folders) but it is better than many out there and it just works. It is hard to find so I gotta keep mine handy.

                          My maintenance list:

                          CCleaner
                          Malwarebytes
                          HWMonitor
                          CPU-Z

                          Don't really need anything else.
