I was a windows 7 user, I tried windows 8 and hated it, went right back to windows 7, I installed windows 10 a few months ago to just try it out, I am still using it. I have had no problems and all my programs work just fine, and I have a crap load of software programs. Someone mentioned 10 is slower? This has not been my case at all, I have noticed no slow down at all.https://thedeplorablepatriot.com/

I installed Windows 10 over the weekend on my laptop (same apps as on my desktop PC). So far so good. Typical professional apps work (Adobe Suite, MS Office 2010). Will probably switch over my desktop this weekend and then the office computers last week of the year (when we're closed - best time to troubleshoot if needed)..

This happened to me with windows 7 all the time, and there was no way to disable it. I have not had this happen once since I have gone to windows 10. Not sure if because they do not do it or if 10 actually gave the option in its update options to not auto-update. I can not remember If I changed a setting.
