It is a VERY nice replacement complete with file queueing, awesome listings and just overall a very ninja program. I am still learning it, but so far it is totally cool in my book. I give it a 9.5 out of 10.

Directory Opus isn't a replacement shell, it's a file manager.

Check out Total Commander, if that's your sort of thing.
