If you press the youtube icon at the top it will give you the youtube tags. Then you just paste the link in it.

that was the hard part to figure out. Go to advanced posting, or quote someone, and you'll see the YouTube Icon. Hit that and that'll add in the [ youtube ][ /youtube ] code without the spaces. Paste in that youtube number you copied from from the url and past it in the middle of the code.
