There's also a Youtube icon in the advanced post reply, it's not on the bottom on quick reply

[youtube]only the bolded part that Kes posted goes in here[ /youtube] <-- without the extra spaces.

If you press the youtube icon at the top it will give you the youtube tags. Then you just paste the link in it.
