        Sorry to Thread Jack but:

        Since the 1st ammendment has been incorporated (right?), it means that the States and their Local Gov'ts can't make laws that infringe on our 1A rights.......correct?

        But businesses can do it all they want.....correct?

        What if you are a State employee?.........could the state tell you that you aren't allowed to say certain things at work?

            So what your deal, this is A privately owned forum. You paid nothing for an account and now are threatening a lawsuit in return becasue you have been warned after not following the terms of use? If you go to a restaraunt that is privately owned and are asked to leave because you were excersising your 1st amendment rights do you think that you could win in a lawsuit? I dont.               I've warned both moderators that if they continue to take members rights away they will suffer the lawsuit consequences!

                I love this example. Where in the world did he get this idea? And if you want to see how Facebook feels about free speech, you should see how aggressive they are deleting accounts of art photographers or models who post a shot that somehow goes slightly over some undefined line. I have some model friends who literally have to create new accounts every couple of months.

                    Actually I only started collecting Milsurps 3 years ago. I think I might own about 24...They're cheaper than guns that will most likely never get the opportunity to kill somebody...

                    I belong to the group that uses firearms, and knows which bathroom to use.
