The tubular magazine exemption is for rimfire rounds.

Not sure if this would be considered a 16 round magazine (most likely) or four 4 round mags connected together.

Cool looking shotgun either way, I'm sure it could be rendered CA-compliant.

Looks boxy like a Glock. Very Glockish look to the thing.

But.. why didn't they take the opportunity to put the charging handle on the left side of the receiver where it belongs!?

Other than that, it looks an awful lot like perfection, IMO.

That's a neat gizmo. Reminds of the Calico with the helical-feed but in a shotgun version. I wish they had a video of that thing in action.

i fondled one of those at SHOT 2008, the thing is the heat. handles and feels like a carbine more than a shotgun. Plus its got a coolness factor to its looks

Hopefully we can buy it here...

im sure they could make a low cap mag if its a major issue i couldnt be sure but im pretty sure its semi auto, im kinda weak on laws but if there was CA weak mag plus mag lock it would be good to go?

Here's a question I thought of last night: Since the mag tubes rotate, can that be considered a rotating cylinder?

i see it like a taping 2 mags together.

that rotating device just rotates 4 diff mags...

but then again, i aint DOJ so...

No, that's a half full viewpoint. If the laws are too vague to be enforceable, it could be a good thing, yes?

Rotating mag? OK another thing to remember and train for. I'll take a Tromix S-17 with a 10" barrel, 20 round drum and full auto of course.
