I had a bad experience with long wait time the first time I used them because they accidently oversold the ammo I was purchasing. They took care of it though. I ended up with an extra box of ammo in that order. I used them again recently to purchase some 1911 mags and ammo and didn't have a problem. I will continue to use them.

HORRIBLY SLOW Shipping!!! (like month plus long for anything almost slow)

I am not a fan of that and in turn I will not be ordering from them again. (I'll pay more to get my items in a timely fashion ... slow shipping = crap CS to me so they lost my business).

Yeah I'm with you on this one. I'd place an order last Tuesday and received an email acknowledging my order and saying that I will receive another email once the items are ready to ship. Have not heard or see an email so I decided to make a call this morning. After being on hold for 15 minutes, finally got a person to answer my call only to tell me that I did reach a wrong department. I ask if he can check the status of my order so gave him my order number and he said that he can't do anything but to transfer me on the right department. Waited another 15 minutes and decided to hang up.
Their prices are good but I'd rather pay more next time with good customer service. Oh well, I'll just wait for my items and see how long it would take.

Would I recommend them?

If you look at their site, just about every page says "please allow 10-15 business days to ship" Some items are saying 20 business days.

I've bought plenty from them. If you're not in a hurry, watch for a sale, get an insane price on stuff, but wait a month for delivery.

Forget about it, PSA sells good stuff for a good price. If shipping was as good as others then the cost would go up or the quality would go down. You can only choose two
