Shipping times on supposedly in stock ammo is well over a month. For this reason I stopped using them. If they were honest about shipping times I would be patient, but they are not.

Even during the panic I received my ammo orders from them in a little over a week. You have to remember that ammo ships ground and PSA is on the east coast.

On their website it states they are about 15 days back on fulfilling orders, so you have to think: 2-3 days to process order, 15 days to fulfill orders, 3-5 days for shipping, and that's about a month. With their savings on ammo, especially with the shot show special the other week, I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I suppose one's mileage will vary. I am just answering the OP so that he gets a complete picture. I ordered ammo from them twice recently. The first order took a month. The second order I canceled after a month.

Ordered a very nice complete upper last year around black friday and had it 2 weeks later.

Their products (except for the "PTAC" line - Google it) are all top quality and extremely well priced.

I've ordered many lowers from them and they get shipped pretty quickly (within 2-3 days).

Never ordered ammo from them.

The only down side about palmetto uppers besides shipping times. Was me and my buddy and my cousin all noticed all my guns the 3 that have the most upper lower slop play are palmetto uppers.

I know its not really a problem and 1 of my BCM's has a little play as well but all the palmetto uppers I have the most wobble in my collection. Kind of annoying now that I know its there. Every time I pick them up now I have it in the back of my mind and find my self jiggling the slop for entertainment lol

I've done 4-5 orders including the Black Friday deals.
Not incredibly fast, but no complaints at all.

Honest, steady, reliable retailer. They post up on their home page that they are behind on their orders and will take some days to get your stuff out the door.

I've never been in a situation where I needed gun parts or ammo with a critical deadline. I can wait.

I ordered some ammo right before Christmas, it was processed and shipped first half of January. I was not surprised, they were very clear about their Xmas backlog.

I have no complaints.

Both... Great prices, great customer service. But you're generally at least 3 weeks out to receive your order.

Got an email from PSA today, regarding an order I had placed over the weekend, stating that "our Shipping Department is currently working on orders from 01/19/15." So, given that it's the 29th, it does appear that their ten-day backlog is accurate.

I am not a fan of that and in turn I will not be ordering from them again. (I'll pay more to get my items in a timely fashion ... slow shipping = crap CS to me so they lost my business).

Their premium products are quite the value for the $$$ they lower parts kit{classic} are wonderful. The parts I have purchased over the years have been top quality. Their order fulfilment takes some time though but the prices when wisely shopping [Sales] are worthwhile.
