Scammed on gunbroker?

I bought and paid for a rifle from an individual seller on gunbroker this last Sunday. Tomorrow will be Friday and no tracking number? I was told it would ship Tuesday, there was ice storms where the seller is, Wednesday was another excuse, and today no communication.

My question is, when would you do a charge back with your credit card?

contact gunbroker let them know the situation and see what they can do for you if they cant do nothing then do a charge back with your bank and they will be able to give you your money back goodluck

can't hardly blame him anymore, cashiers checks and certified checks used to be good as gold, but, they get forged now too...technology is making it easier and easier for the bad guys too

I once got a fake B of A cashiers check from a guy tryin to buy my rifle- thing was a dead ringer! The bank confirmed it was fake. I emailed him, "got your fake check today." End of story.

On the ice storm note...

I've driven through ice storms in the central U.S. Even this latest one in Texas around New Years. You'll see big rigs crashed along the side of the road all day. But what you'll hardly ever see among the crashed are UPS or Fed-ex trucks. Those guys/gals keep their head on straight when the weather gets bad. They will slow down as slow as 30mph and maybe even stop and wait it out, but you shouldn't worry about your package getting wiped out on the side of an interstate.
