My friend has a new assault style rifle in jail. he had to get a special license with the state to be the owner of it. Can he share the gun with friend at the shooting range? Or he is not allowed for his friends to shoot on the range.
Also can my friends use my guns on the range if they do not have a safety Cert.

If the friend actually got a Dangerous Weapons Permit from the DOJ he would be exempt from the 10-day waiting period.
