It matters to some people only coming aware now of SSE and coming up with fat last chances, being told no for lack of supply. I bet there are some people out there that will hit the stores this week to get an SSE purchase and be in for a surprise beyond their control. I was just at a store today and the whole thing of SSE was being explained to a guy, first timer, as he was planning to buy a SIG 938.

      American Gun Works
      Turner's Outdoorsman - Pasadena
All those stores are within several miles of each other and cover a wide area of being the ONLY gun stores in that proximity. I can only imagine that it's the same for other regions.

Which is why the current HSC cards should have been allowed the capability to be 'endorsed' at no extra cost, to include the new FSC bullcrap long-gun guidelines. I've been around guns so long, of all types, to think my safety in handling one type of firearm does not automatically apply to others is asinine.
