    Most Severe Recoil?

What gun in your safe has the most Severe Recoil?

For me, it is probably my Saiga-12 right now, and that is probably only on a rapid mag dump only with Hot rounds. Still not bad at all, though... Just compared to what I still have, it is the biggest recoiler right now.

My HK91 clones, DSA FAL's, AR, and M1S90 were all cake before I lost them Boating.
    LOL!

Oh easily my Mossberg 500A loaded with 3" Federal 1 1/4 oz magnum slugs. My shoulder hurts just from thinking about shooting them all day long.

I used to have a Remington 700 chambered in .338 RUM that my dad gave me as a joke because I hate hard kicking guns. I left it home when I moved out and was planning on maybe taking it back and trading it for something lighter or keeping it for when I get stronger, but he sold it before I could make up my mind. I do NOT miss its recoil.

You ever think of changing the stock on that Remington? Sometimes a stock with different ergonomics, comb, drop, etc... will help you with the recoil.

Tula Arms TOZ 8705M semi-auto shotgun loaded with Hornaby SST 12 Ga slugs, or Steyr M95 carbine 8mmx56R.

It's too late now because my dad sold it after I moved out before I could decide if I wanted it back. The only thing I liked about that gun was its long range accuracy. I was getting 1.5-2" groups at 200 yards until my shoulder would start to hurt. I do want to get into long range shooting, but think I will start off with .22 calibers such as .223, .220 Swift, or .22-250.

For me its my Bohica .510.
Honestly its not bad... but compared to everything else I own, that would be the winner.

My lady wants to shoulder the Bohica - im tempted to just let her

Hey, Nefarious...at first I thought your Bohica was just a gag, then I looked it up and found it's real. Reason why is, when my employer is gonna announce another round of slashing, we call them Bohica meetings: Bend Over Here It Comes Again.

My hardest kicker is a CZ550 in 375 H&H. The stock design, recoil pad, and weight of the rifle make it comfortable to shoot, though. Can run 40 or so rounds from the bench before it's .22 time.

I had a TC Encore pistol in .375 H&H. That was fun.

I'm building up a CZ 550 in .375 H&H from scratch. I just love the cartridge.

Yea I know what your saying.
The whole BOHICA thing brought on a lot of skepticism about the uppers before they hit everyones hands

+1 to the shotgun. I quiver when I think about 3" magnums, I'll faint around a 3.5" supermagnum.

I enjoy large recoil hanguns, but when it comes to longguns, the smaller the recoil the better.

.300 Weatherby Mag (Vanguard) firing 220 gr. Ultra-Velocity ammo from Weatherby. Thumps pretty good.
