Just like Lib said, the Safety test is going away in a month or two.
So I personally would just hold off. Also unless your buying a firearm many shops will not let you take or purchase a card. Limited HSC's that they do have to pay for.
As far as where I would say turners because that's the only place in long beach I know of really.
If you come down to OC I can give you a ton of shops to go to.
