    restricted?

So a coworker comes up to me yesterday and askes "when are we going shooting?" I replied to her "whenever!". I didnt know that she liked shooting before hand, so we walked and talked about places to go shoot and what we had. We eventualy wall by another coworker, and she said we can take "bob" with us. I jokingly said "i dunno if i trust 'bob' with a gun". He said, "thank god im 25 now, im not longer restricted. Dont even ask"

That got my attention and was wondering why or how a person becomes restricted from using firearms....or is he just pulling my chain???

I know that anytime someone is under a court ordered restraining order, during the length of the order the person is restricted from owning, possessing, buying, or handling firearms.

I would ask him flat out and he better have a GOOD answer before I even considered taking him along.

Sounds like a sweet 3rd for a shooting date.

Must see pics of female co-work to decide if you can trust 'Bob' or not.

Got a work buddy who is restricted until age of 30 (apparently anyway, not sure why this specific age). He had some juvenile troubles that lead to some jail time.

Not looking forward to the day this particular dumbass is eligible, though. For humanity's sake anyway...

Pic of female coworker needed before I can comment further on your situation.

I will say this though, if your coworker is haaawt, Bob can pound sand...

Curious about the context of the "what about Bob" from the co worker....

I used to get 'restricted' when I was a kid.

                      Maybe his mom grounded him.

If he was restricted until age 25 then he probably had prohibiting misdemeanor at age 15 or a 5150 hold at age 20.

CPC Section 29820 lists juvenile violations that result in a firearms ban until the age of 30.
