Kinda hard when the gun of your dreams is being sold by some dude who acts like he'll get arrested for even talking to me.

I lived in California for as long as you've been alive before moving to Kansas.

If someone doesn't want your money, find someone who does. Don't blame the seller, it's not their fault. Blame the people you vote for. They are the ones who are responsible.

It clearly is their fault. They dont want to make a perfectly legal sale to an individual who can legally possess firearms. It is within their rights not to sell to me but that doesnt mean it isnt a dick move.

No. If it wasn't for the lawmakers that you vote in, then people wouldn't have those policies. It's quite simple. This isn't a problem in most of the nation because most of the nation doesn't support politicians that pass gun control. It is not the seller's responsibility to know the laws of every other state so they protect themselves from inadvertently breaking the law by simply not selling to anyone in that state.

You can prevent this from happening based on who you vote for. Don't be upset at someone else you want's to minimize their risk. You knew their terms when you saw the ad, you have no right to be upset or call them names because you feel entitled to purchase something.

You have to excuse the uninformed, brainwashed, and self entitled California voters. It's much, much easier to blame someone else but themselves .

Just like Brown, most people on here voted for him. Now they moan, b...ch, and whine. Comes election time, they will vote for the same people that screwed them over. Since getting screwed is what they liked , they keep voting for the same ones with the same agendas.

The whole voting proecess was created for the sheeple. Bet on stupid and you will win each and every single time.

Sooo it is my fault because I should have prevented the passage of laws passed when I was not of legal age to vote and possibly not even born yet? Yeah that makes total sense....

Pro gun people always say CA is anti gun. Well if they sell more guns to this state, not only would that be a giant finger to anti gun people, it would allow shooting sports to grow in CA.....

Except it literally isnt my fault. I was 17 when Brown was elected....... Also how the hell can we get these laws overturned if we dont have any support from the outside...

California IS anti-gun. It's not about selling guns in the state, it's about covering their *** so they don't accidentally break the law. It's more hassle for a casual seller than it's worth.

Knowing your political leanings, yes, I feel very comfortable declaring it is your fault. Don't like it? Vote for new political leaders who will repeal draconian gun laws.

Additionally, this topic has been beaten to death already. Standard response is to find a different seller.

Its a double barrel shotgun... A simple google search will show that they are completely unregulated here....

So its my fault for laws I didnt vote in? Might as well blame Germans kids of today for Nazism....

It's his shotgun. He doesn't want to spend the time researching to sell it for the same price that he can sell it for without researching.

If they kept Nazis in power you could. But thanks for completing Godwin's law.

Keep whining, I'm sure that will convince the seller.
