My P30 has seen a good amount of use and abuse at this point. The finish on the slide and controls show plenty of holster wear.

But yeah, I try to avoid effing them up and they still take a pretty picture.

This is a Remington Model 11 my Grandfather bought about 1920.
It's been hunted hard for almost 100 years, it looks like he11 but it still goes bang every time I pull the trigger.
It has put thousands of meals on the table for four generations of my family.

Here is my Kimber EDC. There is a nice scrape along the top there the holster has removed the finish. I have to scrape the rust off once a week from that spot.
Lots of holster wear on the safety. Scratches and holster wear on the aluminum frame as well. Filth built up on the grips.

Its only a year old but I dont give a crap how it looks. Just keep it running smooth and get in some trigger time whenever I can.
