Is Funkammo ducking me?

I ordered mine in November 12 and got it to my ffl December 12 so it took a month with couple of emails in between woundering the satutes of it and got some response

It's funny because the guys first to report issues get bashed on pretty hard. Now it's so wide spread no one defends them. Just a good way to lose business. I hear he's a one man show but if things are that good hire someone to take a load off and take care of people. The want to try and make more money leads to a ruined business.

maybe he realizes that this is a temporary bump due to SSE and that he will be back to "normal" come January. maybe not worth it to him to take on additional employees for a couple months.

I wouldn't take much stock in the credibility of out-of-state FFL's to know California gun laws. Heck, even some in-state FFL's like to spread FUD, if not outright lies.

I did some more checking regarding www.funkammo.com. I find it strange that he does not list the address of his storefront (not even a mention of the state). The only indication that he is in located in Florida is based on his area code.

Secondly, on the www.funkammo.com website, he proudly advertises (links) his gunbroker rating as 100% base on 700+ customer reviews. A link BTW which points to a dealer "tacticaldeals". Even if these are the same merchant and not just piggy-backing off someone else's rating, look at what the ratings are based on......NOT GUNS (mags and accessories). The current items for sale should also offer some more questions A GUNBROKER ACCOUNT WHICH DOES NOT SELL GUNS? He probably has another gunbroker account. On facebook, where he does have some semblance of feedback control, he advertises guns.

well this thread made me nervous as I have an order with them. I am however very pleased to report that I spoke with Yossi this morning and received a tracking# in my email. Everything looks legit from here.

Ordered my mini draco six months ago and it was "in stock" got a tracking number and didnt work for a month. Oh well people have been warned. Thats all we can do here on Cal Guns is inform people and they can decide.

I just verified with my friend that indeed the CONTACT US was edited after I posted. He (singular) did not reveal that he is TACTICALDEALS on gunbroker and his business address was never stated.

I'm glad the pressure we placed on him is making him aware to tidy his affairs and not screw any more Calgunners

But.......... my opinion stays the same AVOID THIS GUY (SINGULAR)!

that's pretty fast that he updated it in the 16 minutes between your post mentioning that there was no address and my post when I saw that the info was there on the Contact Us page.

Yes , he does not answer his phone and does not reply to email. When I finally got my Mini Draco it did not come with a manual and the gun lookded used. I call for weeks and I email him at least 20 times no reply. Never buy from Funkammo again.

I ordered 2 mags on 11/2/14 hoping it was enough time for christmas...now its 12/30/14....no mags, had to buy different christmas gift, no replies to 10 emails, left 2 voice mails, and as off 5mins ago his number (305-653-8514) has been disconnected. Now I have to call my CC to make sure I cancel that order.

Been waiting on a response from him regarding a refund of a deposit. Has not responded so I informed my credit card company. This guy sucks. I have bought from him before with no issues. No more, screw this guy.
