Here's what I'm considering:
G31 or G32. Why? Because .357 Sig is a cool cartridge. But, I don't have any reloading components yet. No dies, brass, bullets - nothing.
Springfield XD in .357 Sig. Why? Because I have an XD40 that I shoot fairly well, and I like it.
G20 or G29. Why? Because it's 10mm. Better suited for hunting than .357 Sig.
This will likely be an EDC gun, not sure if it will replace the 1911, or the XD. I think I'm leaning towards the 10mm. Mostly because I love the round, and I'm set up to reload it already, so practice ammo is available. Ballistics appear pretty close. .357 is a touch faster, but not significantly so. This will also be my first Glock. I'm still not 100% convinced because they feel odd, but I must say that the last time I fired one it didn't feel as odd as the first time.
