200 rounds of .45 and 400 rounds of 9mm this morning at The Gun Range. I usually shoot about 400 rounds every 2 weeks.

A box of 50 per trip. I go often. Range is very close by, so I go a couple of times a week. I try not to rush and focus on what I am doing.

I go once every two weeks at least. This week I went twice. I usually take 2 handguns and a rifle....I shoot 500 rounds not including .22..

I drive there and have to pay $20 for entrance I will not count my ammo.

half of you here are weak and lame that will basically wind up being happy with .22 single shot pistols or single barrel shotguns..

200-300 per range trip which is usually once each weekend, every two weekends at least. I reload though so it's not so bad but these days reloading isn't much about cost savings. I try to conserve and not heat up my guns too much. Seen guys come out and shoot mag after mag through their 1911s and ARs and the barrels are damn near glowing.

600-800 per week. More on Steel Challenge weeks especially if I run two guns, 500 right there. I reload....a lot.

Typical range outing for me is 2 hours and about 50 rds of 9mm or .45 and 150-200 of .22. If I bring a 2nd centerfire I might cut down the .22 a little. The centerfire goes pretty fast. Usually 10-20 rds of slow fire and then the rest pretty quick at a silhouette target. I do actually aim though, unlike half the idiots at my range.

Maybe 200-300 rounds. Depends. If I bring my son with me it goes really fast. Somehow I end up shooting his 22 and he has my 30 cal. I tell you, he will shoot ALL my ammo if I let him.

We got to "church" usually on a Sunday morning and will run through around 75 rounds each (Deb and I). We spend most of our time with refining the basics, grip, stance, breathing and sight picture. We take our time and try to make it count.

Sunday is probably the worst day for us to go rangewise, but it works into our schedule, so we put up with the less than stellar types we can sometimes run into at that time.

For me it really depends what I'm shooting, I don't hardly ever shoot rifles anymore so maybe 50 rounds total when I bring out them.

Now for pistols. .380 or .45 I'll maybe shoot 50 rounds or less, .38/.357 and 9mm I'll shoot in excess of 200 everytime since I reload those calibers. Once I start reloading .45 I'll be sure to shoot that a lot more too.

I go thru ammo so fast that i end up throwing the casings at the target to kill the time....

Ok...not really. I wish i had ammo to shoot.

I try to go once a month and shoot probably 100-200 rounds, but it depends on what guns I bring. I hadn't been in a few months, so today I went through 150 9mm and 120 .22LR. I was taking my time with the .22, since I was shooting from rest with irons.

I primarily shoot handguns nowadays (maybe 7 of 10 range trips, handguns only).

I stopped buying factory ammo almost two years ago, converted entirely to reloading... Thing is about loading rifle cartridges, its much cheaper, but much more tedious and time consuming. The time it takes to handload 20 cartridges of 5.56, I'd have completed 100+ .45acp or .40 or etc lol

Maybe Im lazy, I enjoy handgunning more anyway.

If Im just shooting for accuracy off the bench, or plinking at targets at distance, I typically load mags at half capacity... Having less shots before reload seems to subconsciously help me take my time/be more precise.... In addition the ammuntion and range session last longer.

Shooting for speed/target acquisition, ppfft all that goes out the window

Handguns - typically 300 to 500 rounds/range session; various calibers.
Rifles - whatever I happen have

Can't remember the last time my shotgun saw daylight.
