I was browsing the general threads and seen this, thought you all might be interested in watching it. It airs on CNN next Friday at 7:00 pm. Appearantly it is an HBO production. Supposedly a CCW holder with a 9 MM warded off some guys with rifles. Set your DVR's

You know what grinds my gears about all this.
They will me me movies to show all the crazies that have killed innocent people in theaters malls and schools and run it to death.

But they cringe and say you can't show the twin towers being attacked by a terrorist force of religion who really hate us.

The 2 ccw holders had balls of steel and saved a lot of lives. They were so far forward of all the police forces (a few police were with them but retreated when one was shot). I dont think I'd willingly go against rifles with pistols, but they did.

It's crazy how long it took the govt to do anything at all. Those few non-uniformed police officers and LTC holders saved a lot of lives. No govt is there to protect you when seconds count. Carry everyday and take no days off. That one day you take off could be the one that kills you. I like the guys last statement of the documentary. Something along the lines of "as long as I have a breath still and am able to pull the trigger, I won't let something like what happened at Westgate happen again". It takes that mentality and willingness to stop bad people from doing bad s***.

You got that right. My wife always says I'm crazy to carry at the gym because nothing would ever happen there. And then on last nights news there was a story about a guy getting beat to death at the gym by another gym member that he didn't even know. They said he was repeatedly hit in the head with an unnamed piece of equipment....probably a dumbbell or something. Not my gym and probably not likely to happen but it goes to show that you never know.
