    The cases are coated, since the cases are steel. Since the cases are steel, they're harder than brass (normal or otherwise).

    The coating on the cases can come off in the chamber and cause brass to stick, but I've yet to see other steel-cased stuff like Wolf stick to that stuff. The ex-commies use coated steel cases in machine guns. Chamber wear isn't an issue, partly because that anti-corrosive coating on the cases also keeps the steel from touching your chamber.

      It's good ammo. I heard it shoots a little more dirty than American, but hasn't hurt my rifles or shotties at all.

        i live in LA where can you shoot wolf scince its bi metal and all i am having a hard time finding a place to shoot it. and someone had mentioned not to shoot it through non chrome lined why?
