I took an advanced hd class a while back and the instructor, who has too many qualifications to list, said he puts pearl white nail polish on every one of his front pistol sights.

these comments make me feel pretty comfortable now with what i did...generally, when i perform any kind of firearm change outs or upgrades i usually buy what i need to get the results im looking for...im not much into do-it-yourself type things, but, i didn't see many choices here...one thing about this Ruger, there aren't many accessories to be had for it

i've polished it, and, changed out the grips, but, there isn't really much else i can do...it has fixed rear sights, and, a front sight that doesn't seem to have any upgrades on the market...i never imagined my wife's nail polish might become my new best friend

Nail polish, white out, paint pen, auto touch up paint...anything works.

I love revolvers. They are reliable compact and i can reuse my brass. Its definately on my wishlist
