Make sure you're wearing clean underwear; rumors are they'll be doing cavity searches in the near future. Feel your molars... Glass and plastic containers don't show with the current magnetic equipment.

Everyone should be conditioned to this type of security already. It has been in our airports for years now.

They should just station DHS and TSA outside of every one's front doors. This way you can be checked before entering the rest of society.

No one would be clever or determined enough to make a weapon with items the could buy or obtain after going through a secure check point.

Like cattle, we just line up, moo about it and except it anyways. Even though it goes 100% against everything we have been taught and the ideals of living in a free society.

If people don't feel 'safe' going to a crowded area with zero security, they are 'free' to abstain from such situations.

I guess in this case, I will abstain from spending my hard earn money by not going to Levi stadium.

They only detect cheap-*** crap like Cold Steel. Benchmade are good to go.

"Kinks to iron out" is laughable. That's what the apologists are saying. They can't add any more lanes to the roads. It's going to suck on game day, plain and simple. Hell, go down to Great America Parkway on any weekday at 6 pm and it's nearly a parking lot, just with normal rush hour traffic.

At least they are polite enough to put up signs on 237 and whatnot warming of a "stadium event" so I can just stay home for those 7 hours.

              No you're thinking of Basketball.

Soccer is the one where one guy steps on the other guy's toe, then he falls down holding his head like its broken.

DHS doesn't come to a sporting event because of gangs. DHS is coming out because of something much worse.

Security theater. Every time I experience one of these DHS security screening SAFUs, I can't help but think they've created the perfect spot for a backpack full of PETN and ball bearings... idiots.
