Might be able to swing a Glock and AK is you keep your eyes open and your not opposed to used. Then you would have two of the most reliable and interchangeable platforms around

I found AK pistols to be particularly fun, but I've come to the conclusion that the only SSE gun I want would be an MP5-K, or my old VZ-61 Skorpion ;((((((((

80% lowers are not $400. a fairly expensive lower with jig will run you about $225-$250. you can get polymer lowers for well under $100, jig included.

i've milled out four lowers. they're pretty easy to do if you just take your time.
I don't want a polymer lower. I know people have tested them to a couple hundred rounds and so on but therohically this is something I could pass on to my kids and I don't want to have the "daddy tried to save $50 and thats why you don't get that gun" convo.

I would love a MP5 but I can't swing that cash right now.

I have about $1000 give or take to spend on a gun this year. I can't decide between an AR pistol, AK, or another pistol. I have a build AR, a stripped lower, G17 gen4, Sig mk25, and some others but those won't get banned anytime soon (I hope).

So I guess what I can't decide is do I get an AR pistol (which I've been wanting for a while) or do I get a more concealable pistol for when I get my CCW. I'm pretty stuck. Let me know your thoughts.
Get an AR pistol, you can list it on your CCW

I'd say AR pistol as you may not be able to get one in the future.

                Good luck!

if you only have one example of your primary defensive handgun, consider picking up a second.
