Anyone work as armed courier ?

Anyone work as an armed courier picking up cash at businesses ? How do I get that job ?
And why do you carry a gun. Is it to keep you safe or keep the property safe. Cause you probably can't shoot someone over property in CA. Why do the store policy say just give up the money to robbers is the safe thing to do. So what about arm couriers isn't it safer just to give up the money which in the case means one shouldn't even have to courier with a gun?

And women should just let their attacker rape them, instead of fighting back?

      It's to keep you safe.

Most armed criminals want to get their money and get the f out, Not engage in a gun battle.

Are you going to die for $12.95?

You apply to a company that does that sort of job.
You will need a valid BSIS guard card and firearm card.

Armed security transporting money is a visual deterrent to discourage impulse strong arm robbery.

Company policy dictating to "just give up the money" is because the money is insured. Which means there is less liability in a robbery to "just give up the money", then to resist.

I have seen this question asked several times and even had a few customers that were armed guards, supposedly its a crap job but better than being a trucker.

You shouldn't need firearms in your home either or on your person either, just give up your property as it's the safe thing to do.

All too often in an Armored Truck robbery situation co-workers are in on it.

Dumb arguement. It's not your person or your things you're fighting for or guarding if you're an armed guard.

You're carrying the assets of some rich *** company who dosen't give a **** about you - you're a pawn, a peon, a disposable asset.

No amount of money per hour will convince me to get blown away for the 450k in the back of the truck that's INSURED by the federal government.

Take the money, I ain't getting shot for you.

Open fire on me, get fired on back.

Of course you're fighting/guarding your own person, you're a target carrying bags of money. It's just part of the job.
