Problems with Ammo Bros. Ontario

Just throwing my 2 cents in. I have never had a problem at either of Ammo bro's stores. I most recently visited the Ontario store for a PPT and HSC renewal (of course I brought other things as impulse buys).

They have always treated me with respect and as important as someone else spending $1000's at their locations.

Okay I'll jump in. I have had a very good business relationship with Ammo Bros. Ontario. In the years I've been doing business with them I have conducted hundreds of transactions. In all that time I have had two problems. Both relatively minor, and both resolved easily and fairly by Ammo Bros. Considering the volume of purchases and ppt's I've done with them, that's a pretty dang good track record.

Sometimes I wait longer than I want, sometimes they don't have what I want for the price I want, but that's just commerce, not specific to their store. If they weren't 45 minutes away, they'd get even more of my business.

In short: good LGS, recommended.

Some of the employees are D$$k$, i haven't purchased much from them since all of my firearm purchase have been SSE, but after this year I'll be back because one time purchased a sig magazine and it would not lock the slide back, I took it back a few days later and they exchanged it out for me no questions asked that's fantastic customer service.

the last time I was in that store was over two years ago. was going to buy some reloading stuff . one of the counter guys came over and asked if he could help and I asked if they had any more of a powder and he said he will look . it took him ten min to come back and when he did I asked if they had any primers. and he said I had to ask the guy over on the other side of the store . walked over to ask that guy and he just walked away . I stood at the counter for maybe ten min then just left the stuff that I was going to buy on the counter and walked out and have not been back .

I'm curious why the ammo bros representative has selectively not responded to the gentleman above who was quoted a price on the phone, drove there that same day, and had the price changed on him.

My experiences with Ammo Bros has been good going all the way back when they had the little store in Cerritos.

I've done transactions both places and been treated just fine - better than fine actually.

But I understand the OP as there are merchants that have not treated me well and I too have been vocal. I can say that if those who were on my $h!t list came on my rant and offered to make things right, I'd probably be buying from them again.

Ammo bros Ontario is GTG in my book , once my online order firearm from ammo brows.com was one day late for pickup , they called me on the 10th day , apologized for the delay and promised 2 box of free factory ammo,( which I did get ) .

HAHA, gee I wonder why? They're just hoping everyone forgets their opportunistic bending over of customers during panics. Other than that I'm usually ok with both stores but they don't stock enough used guns or guns I like for me to cone in all that much. I generally don'tpike a lot of women that are involved with gun shops or shoooting sports because most do it as a ploy for attention but I must admit they employ some nice looking women sometimes.

I haven't talked with most of them enough to see how in to or knowledgeable they are about guns or if it's the usual look at me antics.

What you need to do is EDIT your headline. Problem Solved or something to that effect.

I am often Leary of these sort of threads that could be resolved in person or over the phone.

Then after the Store steps up, these people leave the thread up.

Ammo Bros, both locations has always been a great store. During this last Frenzy, they scrambled like everyone else for product.

I was in Ontario today, bought a nice AR carry case they had in their ad for $99 bucks. Friendly service as always. Noticed they actually have Daniel Defense in stock, gotta get back when I have more time. ..

Ah, I see where I went wrong. By you saying it was on the roster "at the time", I thought it was one that had already fallen off. The last one that fell off was the two tone back in February of 2013.

I can work on getting a trade set up for him and getting him the SAO that is on roster. Or if he'd like to keep the combat I can get him an unbeatable deal on the SAO.

Hey Bob good for you glad your happy. My experience wasn't as good and those avenues were tried before thread was created.....3 weeks of phone tag.
And I gave credit to those that helped.
