How do I stop buying guns?

I just wanted a pistol. That was two years ago. Now I have a 22, 9mm, .45, 22 rifle, 223 AR, and a 308. But my 308 isn't shooting well, so now I want another 308. Unfortunately, my local shop has a beautiful used Browning A-Bolt Target for $1250 and I think I must have it.

Being that I already have a few rifles, and that $1250 is a good chunk of change, I should not buy it. But on the other hand, it's a beauty...

    Help (maybe).

I only worry about having one gun for each role. The rest is kind of a waste to me.
So, I keep an HD pistol, CCW pistol, long range rifle, .22 rifle, "combat" rifle, shotgun, etc.
Having a bunch of different guns that don't really do anything different from each other just seems like wasted money, and more parts/calibers/mags, etc to buy.
I generally like to take ALL of my guns with me anytime I go shooting.
If I have too many, and don't even shoot them - what's the point?

It's an addiction we could all write a book on.
          No need to stop.
If you do stop you'll start feeling guilty.
Especially when you pass up all those good deals that come along when you say I won't buy any more guns

You stop when you die. Keep buying.

Whatever you do, don't try building an AK. It will take over your life.

You stop when you run out of money or die.

Spend the money for glasses or make this one shoot well. Then buy more
It takes a lot of balls to play golf the way I do.

As long as you're not in financial trouble, I wouldn't worry about it. Just have fun!

Buy an M1A and a 44 magnum. It won't stop you from buying more guns, but you won't feel the need as often with those two in your safe.
