New Frontier also sells them to people. If you can't find one local order it from NFA and have them ship it to your favorite LGS.

OH, and they might be able to tell you which shops in your area have them.

Tin star supply in oak hills has the stripped new frontier lowers on sale at $79 OTD including dros and tax. It's a bit more of a drive but you won't find a better place to deal with or person to deal with than Ernie.
