Well Hector it will be a bit early to say this so I will remind you via PM when the time comes. But I will be purchasing a lower or two from you in October at Del Mar, so I expect you to bring me a 3xl tshirt and a 3xl sweatshirt so that I can buy them to fit my 6'10" 290 pound manly stature.

If Cold War Shooters (in this case) has a booth at next gun show in your area which is more than 10 days from the date of your DROS, but still within 30 days from your DROS, then you maybe able to make an arrangement with them to bring your DROS'd lower to their next show to hand you out.

I know some dealers in Nor-Cal do this when schedule between two shows meets the criteria.

So can you buy a lower online and pick it up at the show? Lets say with CWS?

No. You need to start the DROS paperwork in person and then pick up the gun in person 10 to 30 days later.

An out of state dealer can only sell C&R firearms to a licensee. Any other sales must be sent from the seller's licensed premesis to a California dealer.

And no, they cannot legally transfer to a California dealer at the show for transfer to a California resident.
