You did the right thing. Maybe consider forming an email with all the details and sending it to the regional office.

      Good daughter.

When I was 10/11 I would walk to the bicycle shop on 1st St in Santa Ana. I was the nearest place to our home that I could buy .22 which I would shoot in dad's basement range.

When I was 12 LBJ stopped me from buying ammo until I was 18.

I doubt LBJ is burning in the Hell he deserves.
People don't like to be meddled with. We tell them what to do, what to think, don't run, don't walk. We're in their homes and in their heads and we haven't the right. We're meddlesome.

So it's the stores " lack of responsibility "
Not the parents that let there 14 y/o daughter go buy ammo with out knowing what she was doing.
Yea it's the drug dealers fault the kid bought drugs too.
Always someone else responsible for the kids action never the kid or the parent.
And I call bs on the whole story.

Or you can order it online...

Does anyone other than the Anti's really care about this?

I wish I could send my daughter to fetch me ammo. I would have her outside Wal-Mart every AM, all summer long. As for the OP...sad, truly sad. Your daughter made an effort to buy ammo on her own, so she could spend quality time bonding with her father and exercising her rights with the one man she can trust. Instead you lodge a complaint with the store and likely make your daughter feel as though shes done something wrong. Way to plant future seeds dude.

Is this thread for real? Is OP trollin'?

                      If it is real:
                      1) What do you think is wrong with a 14 year old buying ammo?
                      2) What possible connection does this have to Sandy Hook?
                      3) Are you really blaming a third party for your daughter doing something you don't approve of?
                      4) Did you take her shooting the next day and tell her how grateful you are to get to spend time with her? Did you tell her you love her? Or did you just tell her she did something "wrong"?
                      Regarding the 2nd Amendment:
"...to disarm the people ― that was the best and most effectual way to enslave them." George Mason ("The Father of the Bill of Rights")

                      Regarding Life and Death:
"Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10:28

The BIG question: "What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ?" Matthew 27:22b

How do you know he didn't do anything?
It's possible he/she was written up or chastised in the back.
Maybe you should work on parenting your daughter instead of trying to get someone fired. Unless they were the type bullets you throw take a chill pill.

How was it you were in the store with her and didn't notice she had the ammo until you got home? How did your 14 year old have enough pocket change to buy 60 rnd of 223?
