Why no 12G in Sales?

Bird season came and went and so did the 12 gauge ammo from here.

ha, i can remember right after newton for the month or so that 12ga was hard to find, trading some of my bulk 12ga for 525 Golden bullet 22lr. it was hard to find, but only for a very short time.

Its mostly because ammo flippers are too weak and scrawny to carry cases of 12 gauge ;-)

Friends all seem to have a 12 gauge but they don't shoot it as, based upon a lack of technique, they get beat up too bad.

There is a fellow forum member who frequents the Shotgun sub-forum, by the username Thefeeder, he runs a skeet clinic. You should get your friends to sign up so they can learn the proper shotgun mounting, swing and pointing technique.

It'll take patience and practice (a thick skin helps too...for when you keep missing clays in front of others at first ) but once they have it down, it'll be really fun. They'll be able to shoot without being beaten up by the shotgun.

Otherwise, their shotguns will just sit in a closet collecting dust, and it will be a real shame because clay shooting is one of the most fun shooting sports.
