I went with a PS90, just because it's that much more different. And in the event that I move out of state, I'll SBR it and have a badass little package with 50 round mags.

AUG in .308 -- done. After watching WTC Bldg #7 being razed, and considering it's main occupants..
I stumbled onto this note while checking advanced weapons..
"911 = false flag. WTC 7 was brought down by demolition. 47 floors came down in 6 1/2 seconds - not hit by a plane. Just one of hundreds of absurdities that occurred that day. Wake up".Comment

I LOVE my Tavor and am looking for a FS 2000 right now!!!
Gieselle is making a "softer" trigger for the Tavor out next month!Comment

Whatever uses AR mags. At this point in American history, always be planning/purchasing/thinking, in terms of, "battlefield pick-ups."
It won't be long now...

Tavor was a very appealing proposition until they cancelled the 5.45 conversion (ATF banned import of 7N6 ammo, so not sure if that's a plus or a minus in this case.) The trigger can be upgraded, but the barrel extension stays.
PS-90 would be great *if* you could use the original magazines. The price of ammo is down due to Hornady and Federal loading it now too.
I would start with FS-2000 (not sure why you say it's discontinued, though.)sigpicNRA Benefactor MemberComment

Mag compatibility was a deal breaker for me on the fs2000
