    Phoenix Arms, contact trouble

Back in January I purchased a Phoenix HP22A from a fellow Calgunner. As it turned out, it needed a little work so I called Phoenix and had no problem getting a young lady to answer the phone. After explaining the issues to her, she advised me to send the pistol in for service. I sent the gun in late January. About 2 weeks later, I called again to confirm they had received the gun and that I had included everything they asked for, but I got the answering machine. I left a msg and waited a week, no call back. I called again, same result-- left msg and no call back. To date Ive called Phoenix at least 20 times and not only has nobody answered the phone in that time, but they haven't even returned a phone call. And now, as of the last few calls, I can't even leave a msg because it says "mailbox full". I've tried the service dept, sales dept, and the general mailbox-- all three say "mailbox full". Their website has no e-mail and only the one phone number. Its been 2 months and I don't even know if they ever received my gun, I cannot reach them and they won't call back.

Any advice? Anyone else have this much trouble trying to reach Phoenix? Are they still in business? At this point, I'm kinda thinking my gun is a write-off, I don't think I'll ever see it again. I'm in NorCal, I can't exactly swing by there on my way home from work.

My apologies, I didn't realize I had already posted this complaint before. I typed it but I don't recall actually posting it. Apparently I did. Please delete.
