was also giving a bit of grief over a saiga. but did that rifle. first was calling it a "ak".
then confused the sks with a "ak". even tried to remove the mag well assemble from the sks.

i did not get his name. but he is the ffl in charge of the guns. so he says.
buyer did not want to go elsewhere. this was about a half way between both our places. (we both drove better than a hr to get there).

all done. all said.
just a ffl says bad info as he is reading it off his computer screen.
everybody's loss for bad info beliefs of the law.

but this goes to prove there are way too many laws on the books and well past time to remove many of them.

Instead of Dom's, you could have gone to J&R Sports or Solar Tactical, both also in Livermore. Much better shops for gun related transactions.
